This project is a 204,000 SF reconstruction and expansion of the Daiki facility which was destroyed during a tornado. With many of the documents lost during the storm, a design—build approach was utilized to design the facility and update the manufacturing and infrastructure. The building consisted of load bearing tilt and structural steel with TPO membrane roofing.
