Brewster Hall is currently under renovation and is expected to be completed in September of 2024. It is planned to be completely renovated to create state-of-the-art offices including a new President’s office, temperature-controlled museum/gallery/archive space, large and small conference rooms and a large boardroom. Upgrade of MEP systems as required with exterior above and below grade waterproofing and new elevator/stair tower. Brewster Hall is a historic brick veneer building that is approximately 25,290 SF of storage and other miscellaneous spaces. The building has one story below grade and two stories above.
