New construction of a 300 unit garden style apartment complex consisting of a clubhouse, pool, mail kiosk, trash enclosure, 5 garage structures and 13 apartment buildings that are 3-story wood framed structures that included screen enclosed porches, granite counter tops with ceramic tile backsplash, and stainless steel appliances. Floor finishes consisted of porcelain tile, LVT and carpet. The project included development of 24 acres that included asphalt paving, sidewalks, lift station, landscape and irrigation, walking trail, and fishing pier. The project was completed in 4-phases with an overall duration of 18 months.
