One Central Island Plaza – Daniel Island, SC

Ground-up construction of a four story office building shell including grading, utilities and all associated site work. Structure is conventional steel. Building exterior is architectural precast concrete panels, storefront and aluminum canopies and sunshades. Only interior core areas are to received finishes to included ceramic tile, wall covering and wood paneling at each elevator lobby. Original construction included full tenant build-out of the 25,000 sf 4th floor. Entire project was constructed on an accelerated schedule of only 8 months.
