Buford Highway Self Storage – Atlanta, GA

New construction of a 3-story, 102,000 sf facility including 686 storage units. Design-build services were provided for structural, mechanical, plumbing, fire sprinkler, electrical and low voltage systems. The building facade includes brick and EIFS finishes, engineered canopies and a rolled metal roof system. The 3-acre site included relocation of fiber-optic lines and the addition of 1,850 LF of 60" pipe for a new underground stormwater management system.
