DIRECTOR OF PRECONSTRUCTION

With a strong background in preconstruction leadership and decades of experience in the construction industry, Dave Yuhas is a trusted and highly respected leader known for delivering strategic value at the earliest stages of a project. His experience spans a wide range of project types, including commercial interiors, education, corporate office, healthcare, high-rise, and complex renovation work. Since joining Integra Construction, Dave has been an integral part of the team, valued for his ability to lead estimating, budgeting, constructability reviews, and early design collaboration to set projects up for success. As Director of Preconstruction, he oversees the preconstruction process, aligns teams and partners, and ensures accuracy, transparency, and risk mitigation from concept through contract. Purdue graduate, married and the father of two boys, Dave enjoys spending time with his family, vacationing out west, and fishing, while maintaining a strong focus on a healthy work-life balance.
