Receptionist

1. Manage phone system

2. Order supplies as needed

3. Handle incoming / outgoing packages (via DHL, UPS, Courier, etc.)

4. Retrieve and sort mail daily

5. Miscellaneous errands (Bank, Office Depot, etc.)

Administrative Assistant

1. Sort and deliver invoices with attached drays for all projects.

2. File time sheets for all personnel.

3. Update Labor Budget reports for all projects.

4. Type correspondence, letters, etc. as needed.

5. Maintain Accounts Payable filing system.

6. Coordinate Summer Employee Outing

Marketing Assistant

1. Create Marketing brochures and Project Sheets

2. Correspondence and packets including proposals as needed

3. ACT Coordinator

4. Coordinate Christmas Cards and Gifts
