David Blackmore - President

David Blackmore - President

David began working in construction at age 17 for J.L. Wilson Company, a bridge contractor, as a laborer during the summer. David worked the next four summers for J.L. Wilson as a laborer, and later an estimator, to pay for his education.

David graduated with honors from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science, and accepted a Project Engineer's position with Atlanta based Holder Construction. At age 22, David was promoted to Project Manager at Holder.

In 1986, David left Holder to accept a Project Manager's position at McDevitt & Street Company. In September of 1989 David was promoted to Senior Project Manager, and in July of 1994 David was promoted to Operations Manager.

In October 1994, David became a founding principal of Integra Construction, Inc. David has served on a variety of office, tenant improvement, airport, sports, specialty, hospitality, and retail projects.

 

Jeff Powers – Corporate Secretary

Jeff Powers - Corporate Secretary

Jeff graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering and Management in 1988. Jeff joined McDevitt & Street Company in 1986 where he started as a cooperative education student in the preconstruction department. In 1991, he was promoted to Assistant Project Manager and to Project Manager in 1993.

In October 1994, Jeff left McDevitt & Street Company to accept a Project Manager's position with Integra Construction, Inc.

Jeff has served on a variety of office, data and call center, institutional, educational, church, retail, tenant improvement, sports, hospital and airport projects.

 

Brad Hornor - Principal

Brad Hornor - Principle

Brad graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in June 1987. Brad joined McDevitt & Street Company Lend Lease in 1986 as a summer intern in the Atlanta office. In 1990, he was promoted to Assistant Project Manager. Brad was promoted to Project Manager in 1993 and Senior Project Manager in 1995.

In July 2000, Brad left McDevitt & Street Company, later named Bovis Lend Lease, to join the team at Integra Construction, Inc.

Brad has extensive construction experience on a variety of office, aviation, retail, sports, hospital and tenant interior projects.

 

Kelli Britt - Controller

Kelli graduated from Kennesaw State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance in 2009 and Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting in 2014. She began her career in the construction industry in 2011 at W.G. Yates & Sons Construction Company.

She was employed with W.G. Yates & Sons Construction Company from 2011 until 2014. There, she got her start as a Contract Administrator and was later promoted to Division Controller.

In 2014, Kelli accepted the opportunity to fill the Controller position with Integra Construction, Inc. She is currently responsible for producing monthly and yearly financials, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, job cost reporting, cash management and insurance administrator.
